Precision PCB Design and Consulting is a printed circuit board design practice in Spokane, Washington, built on more than twenty-five years in electronics engineering: lead PCB designer first, then twenty years leading the PCB design team of a professional audio-video manufacturer, and for fifteen of those the hardware validation and documentation teams as well. The boards behind that experience run to 24 layers and ten thousand parts, with 18 Gbps multi-channel signalling, backplanes, blind, buried and back-drilled vias, and high-current power. Every one of them went through a placement review before routing and a design review before release, and was proven on the bench before it shipped.
Panel Toolkit grew out of the same habit of checking everything twice: the step-and-repeat arithmetic, tab placement and fabrication drawings we used to do by hand for every board became a tool we now run on every job, and sell to other designers and assembly shops.
